The Weekly Standard’s John McCormack tripped up Democrat Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi last week with a question about her 2012 claim that Obamacare would “lower everyone’s rates.”
And it looks like he got her again on Thursday with a question regarding condemned murderer Kermit Gosnell and Rep. Pelosi’s disapproval of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act …

Thank you. Catholics are not even supposed to practice contraception much less abortion. Its a total no no. Pelosi should have been excommunicated long ago along with Joe Biden.

That’s true; however, there are many other “public faces” of the Roman Catholic Church who are steadfastly and publicly against it! It’s ironic, but a lady who worked with me at a pre-school, child-care center once told me the exact opposite! She said she was against abortion BECAUSE of her Roman Catholic upbringing! I asked her something about what she thought and she said something like: “I don’t believe in abortion, because I was raised Catholic and I can’t go along with that!”. (don’t remember exact quote now)She was very firm on that!
She did have a lady who had worked with her who did “go along with abortion rights”, so she said she didn’t say much around her. She had an otherwise good professional relationship with her and didn’t want to fight about it. But when I worked with her, and the other gal wasn’t present, she could talk about it, because she had a kindred spirit w/me!(smile)Overall, most of the women who worked in the center were against it!
Nancy...you do not practice, you are not respectful, and you are not Catholic.
She really leaves the Vatican no choice but official excommunication. She is their enemy, and seeks their destruction, worships a pagan god(s), and despises the faith of Christians.
It truly is bell, book and candle time. Done in sorrow, not anger, but there is no ecumenism with evil. No meeting Satan halfway. No “maybe” eventual repentance. The church must be clear on this.
I read that Pelousy took communion but not from the Pope.
Loved her “sacred ground” comment- is she really still asking for and receiving communion?

...as tempting a target as she is, tossing epithets and other brickbats at Pelosi skirts the central issue...that of the deviance of the Church from its simple mission, to minister to human faith...at many times in recorded history the Church has blundered onto the wrong path, and suffered loss of faith for it, and its major misstep in the twentieth century was to allow a deeply coarsened modernity to set the standard for worship, pandering to the vicissitudes of a somewhat disconnected laity to be placated, as well as to burnish its credentials to the non-Catholic world...one can hardly feign shock at Pelosi’s stance when one considers that a plurality of Catholics are more than happy to vote for the supporters of abortion...
Pelosi's public heresy and blasphemy is the inevitable, predictable result.
It wasn’t clear what she was referring to AS “sacred ground”. I know in conservative circles, we’re attributing it to late term abortions.
But, I think she just spouted it out of the same hole as “I’m not answering these questions because I know I’m in serious danger of being caught in a logic trap.”
Whatever the number of self-identified "Catholics" who vote for murderous demonicRATs is, it is too many.
And the problem lies in "identification". These folks may call themselves Catholic, may indeed darken the doors of St. Whatever Church on Sunday morning ... but in the main they do not believe as Catholics, they do not live as Catholics, they do not act as Catholics. They do not order their lives according to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, presented to them by the Catholic Church. They do not invite The Lord into their homes, their workplaces, and to the present point into the voting booth. Rather, they order their lives according to the teachings of leftist entertainment and "news" providers, leftist 'educational' bureaucracies, leftist politicians, leftist culture. They commit idolatry; they are polytheistic. They worship Big Media, Big Education, and Big Government.
We cannot hope simply to alter their anti-Catholic voting patterns; we must strive, by God's Grace, to lead them to repentance and conversion in their whole lives. The voting will follow.
