After a loss, it's a good idea to sit down with the team and do an After Action Review (AAR). It is also a good idea to go back to the fundamentals. You might also want to get some fresh viewpoints. I haven't seen the Republican leadership doing these things. So, let's give them a hand. Let's get back to the fundamentals with some fresh viewpoints. We'll start by examining the opposition.

What are the fundamental goals or objectives of the Democrat party?

What are the fundamental goals or objectives of the Democrat party?

to get reelected at any cost, and spend hard working Americans money buying votes.

Get elected
Use laws to enrich donors
Use donor money to get elected

It’s always about power and this is how political power is achieved. You do for me, I do for you.

Umm, to ‘fundamentally transform America’. To destroy the family, liberty, and Christianity.

If you’re going to analyze the rats, you have to break down the movement into its factions.
- The Marxists (Valerie Jarret)- die hard believers in the cult of ‘social justice’, ‘big government’ and ‘progression’
- The Kleptocrats (Feinstein)- politicians looking to enrich themselves through big government
- The Corporatists (Zuckerberg)- private individuals looking to enrich themselves through big government
- The Low-Information Crowd (Fluke) - people who believe the Marxist’s bullshit, including most voters and some of the party’s more retarded politicians

If the Democrats want to destroy the family, then why do so many Democrat leaders have families?

“What are the fundamental goals or objectives of the Democrat party?”

1. To buy votes with government handouts.
2. To implement European-style socialism in the US.
3. To destroy all vestiges of Western Christendom, and replace it with a godless secular society. Much like the revolutionaries of the French Revolution, they will want to have a society based on science and reason, and just like it, they will fail.
4. To legitimize sexual perversion of every sort, in every way possible.
5. To have government involved in nearly every aspect of life in America, economic or social.
6. To reduce expectations of the “American Dream” to a small apartment with some electronic devices, and seal off any chances of doing better with government regulation.
7. To reduce the US to a adjunct to a world-wide socialist/communist government.
8. To reward those who help them achieve their goals, and punish those who do not agree.
9. To suppress dissent.

To appear normal. It is the usual sort of fraud to help people get elected.

The Stalinists wanted to destroy private property.... yet had a lot of private property for themselves.
Creating families is a way to pass on DNA, and nurture children in a stable environment. It is sought by most people. These leftist individuals seek to have the state take the position of mothers and fathers.

It is possible to do both, actually. Requires being pretty corrupt, but I doubt that would bother him much.

Because it would give them greater scope for more and greater handouts, thus buying more votes, thus keeping them in power and enabling them to achieve more of their goals.

I’ve discussed the Democrats love of power with others. Why do they want all this power? I feel powerful when I’m in a pickup, but is that what they are after? The feeling of being able to conquer nature or others?

Probably. The endgame for them in my view is to wind up as the ruling oligarchy of a large polity within a world socialist/communist system. That was an original goal of Marxism, after all.

It’s a different kind of power-rush, one built on sadism. I don’t know what your faith is, but I understand the very simple setup of evil in this world. The existence of transcendent, malevolent forces.

I think that people are coming to realize that after you let lawbreaking go unpunished because the sympathetic MSM is invested in the players, and then you continue to look the other way as the incidents of lawbreaking becomes a repeated pattern of increasing arrogance, it's hard to suddenly demand accountability without putting your own culpability on display.

I'd like to think that, at some point, people will regain their sense of proper order and reign in those who claim to be our leaders. But I wonder if we've reached the "in for a penny, in for a pound" point from the MSM, who feel that they've got "theirs" secured, so it's no longer worth it to look back.

An educated guess would be a cabal of the more powerful or influential socialist nations through the auspices of the UN. They would cooperate for a time, but if history is any guide, they’ll start jockeying to eliminate each other not long after assuming control. My opinion is that Obama is just another tool in a long game, one that has been played since the 1920s or so, and won’t reach its fruition until about the middle of this century.

Yes, and I think that Hitler is a good example of this. I didn’t see him as being particularly concerned with the finer things in life. He was always wearing uniforms. He would display his power, but not necessarily his wealth. For instance, I haven’t read that he took expensive vacations. Do the Democrats take fancy vacations?

And to make sure that Constitution-ignorant voters remain constitutionally ignorant, particularly with respect to the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.

Some arm of international communism, I think. My theory is that the Comintern was never actually disbanded, and successfully infiltrated our government and academia in the 1930s. What we are seeing now is the result of decades of hard work, sometimes wittingly, more often not, but set in motion long ago.
