If the "cat" fits... wear it!
That's presumably what staff at an Indiana bakery say after they confused the word with "cap" and inked a cute kitty on a graduate's portrait cake.
Carol Gambrel, 59, was left in fits of laughter when, picking up the tasty treat, she saw a cat sitting on top of her daughter Laura's face.

OMW! You mean the mother is not filing a lawsuit? That is so amazing in this day and age.

It’s not so much what it’s supposed to say; it’s NOT supposed to say “under neat that”.

un·der·neath /ˌəndərˈnēTH/ Preposition Situated directly below (something else): "our bedroom is right underneath theirs"; "his eyes had black bags underneath". not Under Neath That

Picture some one coming into the baker and saying “I Want it to say Happy Birthday Woodman” and underneath that “You’re Older Than Dirt” and you get a cake that says “Happy Birthday Woodman, under neat that, You’re Older than Dirt”

Thanks for asking, I was quite puzzled myself. The typo stumped me.

I believe it’s only supposed to have lines 1 and 3; the middle line was instructions (and mis-spelled):
Best Wishes Suzanne
(underneath that)
We Will Miss You
*sorry, even after explanations it STILL took me a while to figure it out, so I thought I would post in case someone pops in that’s as dense as me!!
To: Woodman
I have gone to drawings and mock-ups for all similar things for just that reason.

Reminds me of when our nephew was visiting years ago. It was his 14th birthday so we went to the store and found a wonderful cake someone had ordered for a girl named Shirley. They hadn’t picked it up so we bought it half price.
Another time we had a house guest (a rather weird musician who wanted everyone to call him Sick) so I made him a cat box cake. Google that.
