'Tell your boss I owe him another friggin' beer:' Hot mic catches NSA boss praising FBI chiefs for supportive testimony on surveillance programs

The director of the National Security Agency was overheard offering a round of beer to the FBI's second-in-command following Tuesday's congressional hearing on the NSA's controversial surveillance programs. The three-hour hearing had just wrapped up around 1 p.m. when NSA Director Keith Alexander turned to FBI Deputy Director Sean Joyce and praised him for his testimony. 'Thank you, Sean,' Alexander said, according to a clip of the exchange that was first reported by Ben Doernberg. 'Tell your boss I owe him another friggin' beer,' he added. Yeah?' Joyce responded. 'Yeah,' said Alexander. 'Tell him to give it to me,' Joyce said. Alexander and Joyce sat side-by-side during the hearing and took turns answering questions from lawmakers about the recently disclosed government surveillance programs.

It takes a “hot mic” to tell you that they’re all in cahoots?

A good reason to have them answer question one by one in private so they don’t know what the other is testifying

No, but I suppose that I stupidly expected decency. There is no respect in them when they can’t even wait to be out of the building to high-five.

Translation: "Thanks for lying for me"

No one would say what he said after truthful testimony.

yet again the UK media carry the news while our media do their cover up.

They think this is all one big elitist inside the beltway joke.

“And we have to learn about it from the Brits”

Well, shouldn’t we start wondering why the entire US media has been in the bag for Obama? Maybe the NSA did some early “surveillance”. Media also have spouses, children and reputations.

And we have to learn about it from the Brits.

The Brit papers not owned by Newscorp and Rupert Murdoch that it.

Newscorp is all in for the NWO, they love open borders and they love Big Brother more.

Rupert's personal phone tapping scheme may have hit a big snag today. Angelina Jolie's personal trainer filed the first civil action in the United States against Rupert for wiretapping on U S soil.

Newscorp and Fox News is joke, they support Peeping Toms because they are Peeping Toms.

"Tell your boss I owe him another friggin' beer"

If the FBI chief was merely telling the truth in his testimony, why would the NSA boss "owe" him? This is proof that the FBI testimony was a lie.

You know...this whole NSA/FBI stuff brings me back to Paula Broadwell and her comments Oct 26th..then suddenly somehow at just the right time a threat comes forward and all these emails connect to Patraeus.

refresher: http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2012/11/13/occams-razor-and-the-white-house-position-on-the-petraeus-affair/

Benghazi...

Sure is funny how Billy Clinton got ants in his pants all of a sudden over arming Syrian rebels, even calling Obama names. That was also right after Rand Paul started pushing the gun-running Benghazi story again.

It is my opinion that this administration used NSA for political gain—to quiet the Benghazi story before the election.

They have no federal discipline or federative professional respect. They behave like local sheriffs, with their own pet local preferences, even if they go against the ways of other states or cities of doing thing. It is the local DC trash of doing things without any national security strategy in mind.

They are factual cowards going after their own easier to attack citizens and have zero intellectual bravery, needing each other’s help instead of coming up with a professional plan of rythmed enforcement.
