I wonder how many days you have to not feed a cat to focus its concentration on treats that much?

Now what? Do you know how many other cats are interested enough to do that for a competition? Zero. Now, that cat will sue the dog agility group just so he can compete. What a can of worms this will be and another distraction from Obama’s scandals\sarc

If you use the right treats the cat need not be hungry.

Less than one. Food is the most important thing in the world to cats. Starving them is not necessary for this performance.

I do not think that I have ever seen a cat trained like this. Incredible!

I would bet either one of my cats could learn to do that, but I have no large training arena for training them. My Maine Coon is particularly athletic. Never saw such effortless leaps as Bijou going from the floor to the windowsill or skipping many steps on her condo to get to a shelf. Little Kefira could do that also, but she is scared of strangers and would choke up. It’s a shame. I’ve watched cat agility at cat shows and it’s amazing to see.

I forgot to mention that treats rank ahead of food in their priorities. Even if they have just eaten regular food, they will perform for treats. They don’t have to be hungry.

That is incredible. Both the kitty and the owner are impressive.

A little competition here. I know dogs who won’t perform as well as this cat.

My parents had a cat who would have been great at that obstacle course if you could just convince him that you did not want him to do it. He was a pig headed cat who confused "NO!" with "I double dog dare you".
