They are spiritual beings from outside of not only our planet and universe, but our dimension as well. They are not even material beings with flesh and blood.
First the following: without time events do not occur; without space things do not exist.
If you can agree with that starting point, then we can have a rational discussion of the issues at hand. Otherwise I will not take the time to exchange with someone gnarled up in Magic Thinking. God Created the entire Universe, all the dimensions (even the ones we have yet to identify) and all the realities thereof. God is not the Universe, His Holy Spirit maintains the extremely delicate balance which allows beings like us to exist within His Creation, and He has entered into His Creation in the person of Jesus Christ, Who now having taken a terrestrial body, has shown to us that such a terrestrial body can take on characteristics which allow movement between dimensional realities we humans have yet to define, perhaps because they are outside of our sensing capabilities, but not necessarily outside of our abilities to construct 'things' which will detect these other dimensional qualities which really exist, having temporal and spatial characteristics we have yet to define for our understanding.

As to clear and in focus photography of UFOs and ET’s, I’ve never seen any.
You want to accuse me of deception, fine. I don’t quite understand you’re wanting to lump our Lord in with UFOs, but that’s just me.
