Years ago the vet told me cats have to eat all the time; 3 days of not eating could cause death. The vet had special medication made up to give her and I had to feed her by putting cat food on my finger and letting her lick it off several times a day. She survived and is still with me today. Even if she vomits, she will get a small amount of food
The vet is no longer alive. I cannot remember the medication given her — I think it was an antibiotic for humans made special for her in a pharmacy that does only that type of prescription.
That’s all I can remember.
So sorry to hear that your sweet kitty is sick and I hope that seeing her “daddy” will make her happy and she will want to live and spend more time with you in this world. You are such a caring person...no wonder she loves you. ((((hugs))))

She ate a whole can of tuna, last night1!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m gonna go there and sit with her for a few hours and read out of the Big Book to her. :)
I’m bringing her my stinkiest underwear and workout shirt cuz she loves to snuggle with my stinky clothes!
That is good news! Get a jar of baby food chicken for her. They love the baby food meat. No ham..just chicken or turkey. No veggies in the mix..just the meat. Very good for sick kitties. It is sure to please most of time and easy on the tummy.
