Precisely what I was going to write.

Gee, that will stand up to the weather.....
Ah, the old James Bond license changeable plate, only digital. Q would be so happy.
How many prisoners will this put out of work?
I suspect these can be used to monitor speed to send data to the Highway Patrol or just to issue you a computer generated speeding ticket.
Imagine the revenue that could be generated if every time you exceeded the speed limit, a $500 ticket would be sent to your home.
I don’t think I ever drive the speed limit. My understanding is that speed limits are for those who don’t have rear view mirrors or those who can’t spot a radar trap a half mile ahead.
They’ll cost $1000 each.
And the ticketing ability is just small potatoes compared to the ability to track movement of all individuals....any individual. Add that to email, phone call, and text data, and you have the capacity to fully monitor or to fully manipulate any individual.
Made In CHINA of course.
what a DEAL...
what heppnes when they inevitably CRASH?
a SUPER TICKET will be issued ....deducting that 1ooo bucks out of your Bank Account.
could this have been JERRY BROWNS “idea”?
Theyll cost $1000 each.
But at least that is not a “poll tax”....
Unlike a 5-10 dollar charge for an ID card...
