There have been many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President—most based on the fact that Obama is not a natural born citizen, his father being a Kenyan. Other lawsuits challenge the validity of Obama’s PDF long-form birth certificate, riddled with strange anomalies like multiple layers and eight different fonts.
The lawsuits have all crashed and burned in flames for two reasons: 1. The court hearing the lawsuits have treated the cases as a joke instead of a valid question of Constitutional requirements. And 2. The plaintiffs haven’t had Reed Hayes on their side.
Reed Hayes is a forensic document expert who may be the man who finally brings down the Obama administration.
In an extensive and scathing forty page report on Obama’s birth certificate prepared for the upcoming eligibility lawsuit before the Alabama Supreme Court, Hayes concludes the following:
…Based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources. In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.
You might be saying: Okay, there has been something like two dozens lawsuits. They’ve all failed. The court and Obama’s lawyers always deem any experts against Obama’s birth certificate as quacks. So what’s different this time?

I'm writing a vanity to see if anyone noticed what I did when I watched the recorded statement when Precious interrupted Weasel during the WH briefing. His eyes were half shut as if drowsy, or trying to keep them hidden and downcast (have seen this behavior to conceal dilated pupils)--I know he always mumbles but seemed much worse than usual. Anyone else? Stoned? drunk? Manchurian medication? "
Most likely he will. The court can easily avoid the problem of discrediting an expert by simply not listening to him (as the most humane solution.) Courts refused to listen more than once, claiming that the plaintiff has "no standing" (as if he is a citizen of China, or something.) The GZ/TM case has clearly demonstrated that there are lawyers and judges who are willing to do what they are told. If an official refuses to see the light, though, like the Police Chief, he'll be simply thrown out and replaced with a true believer - in best traditions of democracy, of course.
Undoubtedly, the walls are closing in on Obama. Reed Hayes will serve as an unimpeachable witness before Roy Moore’s Alabama Supreme Court and from there the United States Supreme Court will have no options but to declare Obama ineligible.
With Roy Moore on our side and the fact that both of Obama’s appointments to the Supreme Court and the others appointed by Clinton will have to recuse themselves from the case, the outcome is certain.
Agree., there is no chance of a solution within the Judicial System. Even if Judge Moore ruled against Obama, it would be appealed and delayed and delayed. Even if the decision that Obama wasn't eligible were upheld, it would come down to the courts and what army IMO.
What difference, at this point, would it make?
At this point Obama himself could admit to the forgery, and produce a foreign certificate and it would not matter. The Democrats and RINOs alike would plead the Clinton defense, “What difference at this point does it make” and the media would applaud his courage admitting it. The next day it would be all Trayvon, immigration, and the latest entertainer dating someone.
What birth certificate? There are ‘protestors’ in my front yard!
First we would have to reinstitute the rule of law in the land. THEN it might make a difference.
It would make one hell of a decision. If the Alabama Supreme Court under Roy Moore ruled Obama has ineligibility problems, it would be historical and the media would go into a frenzy and cause national attention to focus on Obama’s document that Reed Hayes and the Cold Case Posse under Sheriff Arpaio have found to be forged.

At this point the GPO establishment is so completely a party to the fraud of the century that it’s difficult to see a good outcome. But great to hear anyway!

If this were to happen and his excellency were to be hauled out of the whitehut ala how the Dalle Lama was tossed, the 14th amendment citizens would go on a rampage. One might call that a twofer.
I suspect that it does not matter what the reality is or what can be proved. The Republicans won’t touch this no matter how glaring it is or how much proof there is. It would take years for the USSC to get to it and at this point the kenyan would overrule the COurt and, again, the Republicans would do no more that complain for a day that he is stepping outside the bounds, at most.
What’s the timing of this reaching the AL Supreme Court?

Are you being satirical? The USSC can do anything at all that it decides to do. With the Chief Justice now on the Left side of the Court how do you think it id going to do the "right " thing?

As much as anyone, I hope the questions around this are clearly answered. But there is a vast group of people who don’t care what the answer is, and voted this clown in again not caring, or even believing he was born in Kenya or had taken Indonesian citizenship. They think it’s great. Others will just perform new mental gymnastics to avoid looking at the truth. It’s still a real issue for anyone interested in the rule of law, including me, but the fact that we’re in the second term of this one-trick pony show hints that the time to do something with this has passed. Just impeach him.

I agree it is always good to splay open the criminally corrupt for all to see.
This Trayvon mess could just be 0bama putting a protective wall around himself in preparation for eligibility difficulties, IRS and Benghazi.. Portions of the immigration bill were designed specifically to clear 0bama of any and all wrongdoing pertaining to his identification docs.

Remember the white african travelled to Pakistan as a young adult on a passport that many suspected showed his birthplace as Kenya. Mr. Harris had this information until someone shot him point blank in the head while he was sitting in his car. Robbery was not a motive as nothing was taken from his wallet.

Not when the Alabama Supreme Court in decision against Obama cites irrefutable facts that prove that Obama is not qualified.
And remember, the only Justices that would be involved in case would be Roberts, Scalia, Alito, Thomas and Kennedy.
