3 charged in shooting of 4-year-old girl

Three teenagers have been charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a 4-year-old girl as she rode her scooter near her grandmother's home early this week, authorities said.

Laquan Waters, 18, Tyrese Pearson, 17, and Roosevelt Stevens, 15, have been charged with attempted murder in the shooting about 4:55 p.m. Monday of Khalise Weatherspoon, said Cook Count state's attorney's spokeswoman Tandra Simonton. Khalise was the fourth child age 7 or younger to be shot and wounded in Chicago in July.

The grandfather of this kid was complaining about “all the killin’ and now how it's now going to be like the OK Coral in Chicago with concealed carry. Well, duh, one has nothing to do with the other...yet these backward, reality-denying fools continue to place the blame on everyone and everything else, rather than cooperating with the Police, etc., to list just ONE thing these people can do to turn their culture around and join up with the rest of the civilized society. Too lazy, too ignorant and lovin’ it, too concerned with if it feels good, do it, too interested in what's in it for them..always on the take, never a contributor for the good, but rather for just THEM, no matter what the cost or loss involved. Shot up kids in Chicago..they’re a dime a dozen. The sperm donors and the leg spreaders make these babies, and use them for THEIR needs, and when these kids get shot/killed by the scum thugs, (the thugs the “parents, grandparents” refuse to identify), they just make another one of these kids, and the beat goes on. The children suffer and the rest of the players in this scenario move on. The family of these children will milk the media for sympathy and money, and 15 minutes of fame for themselves in the process, and nothing changes in the thug world in Chicago.

People in these thug neighborhoods only know two modes of action...whine and wale about their poor babies gettin’ shot/killed, and then refusing to do anything about the crime in their neighborhoods. If they refuse to get out of these neighborhoods, then they're in on the take, and talk out of both sides of their mouths. They know the Police will help them if they want the help to start cleaning up their neighborhoods, their culture, but ultimately they refuse...it's too lucrative for them to do otherwise. I don't hear ANYTHING about what the good, hard-working black citizens of Chicago are doing to combat these punks and the terrorism/death they are responsible for. And, of course, as long as they vote for obozo (and they won't stop ‘cause of all the free stuft they're getting, and that pride in electing the first “black man”), nothing will change. I only have sympathy for the children who are killed. If they do survive, they will just graduate to the next level of thughood and the perpetuation of the thug lifestyle, and the corrupt, immoral black culture you see today.
