Rise in violence 'linked to climate change'
BBC News ^ | 8/2/2013 | Rebecca Morelle

Posted on 08/03/2013 8:19:06 AM PDT by rktman

Shifts in climate are strongly linked to increases in violence around the world, a study suggests.

US scientists found that even small changes in temperature or rainfall correlated with a rise in assaults, rapes and murders, as well as group conflicts and war.

The team says with the current projected levels of climate change, the world is likely to become a more violent place.

Well there it is from the "esteemed"(once upon a time) BBC. Proof positive that we need to spend gazillions of dollars (and pounds?) to solve a problem which we have no control over what-so-ever. What didiots. Of course I do get a little cranky when I gets too hot. Or too cold.

I suspect that pretty soon this will be a defense in certain trials, but only if you're one of Holder's people.

Gee, ya mean there is an uptick in violent behavior in the summer time?

Imagine that. Wonder how much they spent on this study to come up with that pretty obvious conclusion.

Now that’s a headline I would believe.

If Obama wasn’t so busy destroying wealth and trade patterns for western civilization, there would be greater prosperity for all. Wars are largely created out of poverty.

Instead of “sharing the wealth” by destroying it and giving it away, he should be “sharing the wealth” by promoting more global trade with the power house, the US of A.

But he cant do that. Their goal is the destruction of America. Take out America ???? Guess what?

By the time he is done, he will have walked us to the third world war. IT will be VERY difficult to walk it back out.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls our climates.

3. The earth is a rock.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Evil will never cease looking for new ways of expanding. With the Left MSM Propaganda Machine, this means floating all thought up ideas about “Climate Change” no matter how crazy, to advance their political goals through as many weak minded individuals as possible and they really don’t care what that looks like to the rest of us.

Well there HAS been a ‘climate change’ in the UK. It has become a climate of tolerance for hooliganism, which only begets MORE violence. The riots from a couple of years ago demonstrated that clearly. The gangs of out of control kids and young adults were not stopped by the police; the only ones who really stood up to them in a clear way were the shop owners who were not going to let them ruin their livelihoods.

That's true. Our spiritual climate is changing and we see a corresponding changes everywhere.

Hmmm...maybe they're right. I guess it's human caused after all.

Good! That means we can fix what's causing it.

“6. CO2 is only .039% of the atmosphere.”

Furthermore, the Earth’s second atmosphere was upwards of 100 times more massive and was composed of 98 percent carbon dioxide. So, where did 99 percent of the atmosphere and oll of that carbon dioxide disappear to? Answer: a small percentage was lost to outer space, while the vast majority of the carbon and a substantial portion of the oxygen were deposited in the Earth’s rocks or Lithosphere by lifeforms which used the carbon dioxide as food. Some of the oxygen was released into the atmosphere as the free oxygen we breathe today. Carbon dioxide was by far the predominant gas in the atmosphere in the past, and now life has reduced and maintained it as no more than a minute trace gas. Oxygen was formerly a minute trace gas in the Earth’s atmosphere, and life has liberated it to become a substantial fraction of Earth’s atmosphere in the present times. Earth’s lifeforms have been so efficient at removing carbon dioxide from the Earth’s atmosphere, they have kept much of the Plant Kingdom starved for sufficient levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Grasses for example developed special biochemical pathways to overcome the problems of carbon dioxide starvation.

We Texans have this really cool contraption called an air conditioner. When it’s hot outside, instead of raping and pillaging, we stay indoors under the A/C and drink sweet ice tea.

So, those scientists took studies from over hundreds of years to determine when crimes occur. Did they consider the invention of the A/C in recent times?

It has also been linked to older pets walking slower vs. when they were young.
