Wow.....Karen Black was a staple of my television childhood. I always loved cheesy mysteries and horrors and for a time, she was in every one! RIP Karen Black. Thank you for the entertainment you provided.

Oh Lord! Just when I thought I had forgotten! That movie absolutely terrified me as a boy. About 20 years ago I saw that doll on display somewhere in LA. Gave me the creeps even then.

Rest in Peace, Karen.

Oh, no, I had managed to finally forget that terrifying movie [years ago]. Hopefully, since I'm older now, though, I'll forget about it [once again] more quickly by "natural" means. Scariest dang movie ever...

RIP Karen...

I remember a romantic comedy she did with George Segal.

He was giving to her a line about how he wanted to have a meaningful relationship instead of a simple one-night-stand.

She said to him, “Look, don’t give to me any of that bull about ‘meaningful relationship’. If you want to jump me then just say that you want to jump me.”

He said, “OK, I want to jump you.”

She replied, “Go jump yourself!” LOL

You would think that a little thing like that wouldn’t be scary. It’s been a lot of years since I saw it, but the African doll coming alive scared the tar out of me. I remember her trying to trap it in a suitcase and the knife/sword coming through the side of the case.
