This was one of Patton’s favorite psalms and is used in the movie. I’m sure he especially liked the part about falling by the sword and being a portion for foxes for threatening my soul. It’s kind of a poetic way of saying. “Dis my God and I will chop your a## into kibbles and bits.”
Maybe he’ll get hit by a stray golf ball.
