From what ones I see at BB, I am glad I was never one. I saw them push a lot of high pressure sales for overpriced service work.

And you are absolutely correct. Lots of Fear Uncertainty and Doubt (FUD) as they attempt to scare the hell out of unwitting customers. System optimization my fanny.
