Well, the DreamChaser would have to ‘separate’ early with small boost into orbit, then the second stage of Atlas separates then ‘burners’ into orbit, then cowling is discarded and VOILA, A SATELLITE!

I hope the wings flap...I can’t imagine the craft being able to stay aloft in the atmosphere with the angle of those wings...
