Anywhere from several hundred to several thousand bicyclists are expected to ride through Palo Alto tonight, potentially causing significant traffic delays, police said.
Organized as the "San Jose Bike Party," the cyclists are scheduled between 8 p.m. and midnight to pedal through Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Palo Alto before turning around at Stanford University, police said.
