We are doing fairly well. DH has been diagnosed with cancer, yet refuses to act. It is my biggest worry. Other that that life threat, we are fine. RME
I shall pray for your hubby that he gets himself to a medical facility ASAP. I just received word that one of our oldest friends died of cancer, and we didn’t even know it. (They lived on the other side of the country and had become VERY liberal so we only corresponded at Christmas. It happened fast.) He was diagnosed late, and there was no help available. This was an extremly talented and wealthy man who had everything to live for. He left a widow with 3 houses to care for. No children. They were both “only” children themselves, so there is not much family around at all. Funny thing, his wife has become conservative since his passing.
I don’t know how to advise you on that decision or indecision. Prayer is always a good start.
