"Oh Brother Where Art Thou?" is the best movie ever, and not for the music...because it's hilarious! The casting director should've gotten an Oscar, if there is an Oscar for casting.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

For hystericals...the Fawlty Tower series

They now even censor that, especially the scene where the Major, goes on about correcting his date that "no no no, West Indians are N*ggers, these people are Wogs." And certainly the episode of "The Builders", with its' stereotyping of the Irish, couldn't get made today.

-Marx Bros.
-Porky’s is rather tasteless, but when Beulah is talking to the principal and the boy’s gym coaches after the shower incident, I about lose control of bodily functions.
-Ruthless People (”This could very well be the stupidest person on the face of the Earth. Maybe we should shoot him.”)
-Lucky Numbers - dark but underrated comedy, IMO.
-What’s Up Doc - forget Babs and just love Madeline Kahn.

Classics!

"No riff-raff!"

The signs:

"Fatty Owls"

"Flowery Twats"

And how about the episode where Mrs. Fawlty showed up with hand-prints on her ample breasts?

I'm not a fan of that movie, but that is one of the funniest scenes ever....

"Mr. Carter, I think I have a way out of this. We, uh, call the police, and we have 'em send over one of their sketch artists. And Miss Balbricker can give a description. We can put up "Wanted" posters all over school... "Have you seen this pr*ck? Report immediately to Beulah Balbricker. Do not attempt to apprehend this pr*ck, as it is armed and dangerous. It was last seen hanging out in the girls' locker room at Angel Beach High School."

“Used Cars” was quite a departure for Kurt Russel, who was best known as a Disney star.

One of the funniest movies ever, I haven’t seen it in years.

FWIW, another terrific movie was “Real Genius.”

..."and then you killed him in a rit of fealous jage!"

My sides hurt just thinking about it. If you like Peter Sellars try to find his early movie "the party" it's almost completely physical humor and sight gags. It's just as funny as any of his pink panther stuff.

Glad to see Shaun of the Dead on there. Love those guys. Hot Fuzz is one of my all time faves, amazingly funny, the laughs came non-stop (”I don’t want to be Judge Judy and executioner!”). And of course I loved the anti-fascist overtones: “The greater good...” “Shut it!” I don’t think that movie got nearly the attention it deseved.

Space Balls wasn't that great of a movie, but the scene where they got the video tape of the movie to see what was going to happen in the future, and when they go to the part where they were in the movie and they were looking into a mirror...

Genius beyond imagination!

For a genuine treat, watch Used Cars with the commentary track.

Kurt Russell is so hilarious when describing how certain scenes were made. And how some had to be cut, like when they jam the football game. Originally Jeff was supposed to wear these penis nosed glasses, but they thought it was "too much". You can see them in Russell's hand in one shot when he tells Jeff to put the glasses on.

And Russell reacts to a joke about how Bill Clinton is a lot like Rudy.

"Haha, I never thought about it, but yeah, he is like Billy Jeff!, (cackle)"
