According to the new regulation, “Possession or display of firearms brains of any kind shall not be allowed… The prohibition shall apply even where a firearm brain is not operational.” However, Svonkin also admitted that he was not even sure what “non-operational” meant. “You know, I’m not an expert on guns brains,” he said.

The course is to be replaced with a course titled: Run and Hide 101 and with a follow-up course: Basic Roll up in a Ball and Begging for Your Life 102. A student may elect to take both courses at the same time which is course titled: Intermediate Bending Over and Kissing Your A$$ Goodbye 103.
