What people don’t realize is that when you’re deficient in iodine your tissues swell seeking it out. Hence goiter in the thyroid, fibroids in the breasts and uterus, enlarged prostate and cystic ovaries. Take the iodine and all these issues will typically resolve immediately.
get yourself some SSKI drops.... take them when you need them only..can mangle your kidneys if you o/d. Do so very carefully but so far, saved my life. Research everything and please research your issues, we are all different creatures.
