But yet there’s this poor woman in a Texas jail who ran over her husband a couple of times because she saw him coming out of a hotel with her on his arm. It was a pathetic courtroom drama and you really had to feel sorry for her. Her husband was a real creep.

accused of running over her boyfriend with her car last year after a tequila-infused fight. You say accident, I say tequila-infused driving.
How drunk was she when she tried to drive? If she did have that blood alcohol level and she killed someone other than her boyfriend would the judge have dismissed that as an accident?
