MILTON, W.Va. (AP/KDKA) — Batman and Captain American came to the rescue when a house in West Virginia caught fire.
Two men clad in the superheroes’ costumes saved a cat from the burning home in Milton.

Check out this crotchety comment from someone who evidently didn't READ the story:
Why are these people rescuing or helping someone or in this case animals under the guise of Batman, Capitan America or Superman? Why don't they do a noble thing under their own names and identities? The so called superheroes are cartoons. THEY ARE NOT REAL. Superman does not represent America and neither does Batman or Spider Man etc. Why because these are characters are cartoons and they are NOT REAL. It is time to get out of your fantasy world, you don't need superpowers to do good and do what is right. So what I'm saying is: GROW UP PEOPLE!!!
