Posted on 09/11/2013 2:46:47 PM PDT by nickcarraway
According to the Quran, there are two creations that have free will 1) humans and 2) Jinn. Like human beings, the Jinn can also be good, evil, or neutrally benevolent
Who exactly these creatures are remains for the most part a complete mystery. Apart from the information we know about these unseen creatures found in the Quran, we know next to nothing. And what the Quran says about them is very interesting.
The Jinn are mentioned frequently in the Quran, and there is an entire sura entitled Sūrat al-Jinn in the Quran.
The purpose of the Jinn, are the same as humans I did not create the jinns and the humans except to worship Me alone. Quran 51:56.
The interesting thing is that humans and Jinn sometimes interact.
The day will come when He summons all of them (and says): O you jinns, you have claimed multitudes of humans. Their human companions will say, Our Lord, we enjoyed each others company until we wasted the life span You had set for us. He will say, Hell is your destiny. They abide therein forever, in accordance with Gods will. Your Lord is Wise, Omniscient Quran 6:128.
With that being said the jinns seem to occupy a parallel world to that of mankind.
For years I have sought to find a way to independently prove their existence in various ways. I think I have recorded them on audiotape, as well photographed them in pictures. I have even gotten to the point to where I can sense them and feel their presence around me.
Some jinns are good, some are evil. They exercise free will, and they exercise choice. For example, they can choose to believe in One God or choose not to what ever the case may be
Jinns also appear to have distinct personalities.
They are different from angel beings, insofar as you can sense the difference in their intentions towards you.
Angels, for examples dont scare you, and they dont wish you harm. Jinn do in some cases. Jinns also have the power to manipulate and effect objects in the physical world.
I have seen them move chairs, knock over objects, turn on facets and lights. Most people often times seem to confuse Jinns with dead people, but they are different.
If you have thoughts on who these beings are, where they come from, how they interact with people I would like to know.
Among other things I collect stories about these unusual creatures.
If you have a jinn story please comment on this story. I may include them in a book project I am doing. Please also include your name and email address so I can contact you if you wish.

More telling is they were created to simply worship him. Only evil makes you bow down and worship it.
Jinn = too much Gin
Since the Koran is the Bizarro World Bible, and it says that jinn are going to hell, then they must be good. Since Mo Ham Ed gets everything else perfectly wrong, he probably screwed up his description of jinn too. They’re probably just men who shave their face or something harmless like that.
Because we are talking about islmaics, they would be demons.
Didn’t he doe recently?
I think there’s a Jinn in juice.
“More telling is they were created to simply worship him. Only evil makes you bow down and worship it.”
God wants all His creatures to worship Him. God is not evil.
Is it seven card or eleven card?
and if you’re pouring, I’ll have one on the rocks with a twist.

I knew two Jinns that got married...their kids weren’t much to look at either.
I also know two antennas that got married...the wedding wasn’t much but the reception was great!
Sigh I DREAM OF JEANIE before she was a genie.
Burl Ives is the jinn in this movie.
THE BRASS BOTTLE with Burl Ives and Tony Randall.
NJCT?? Or something else?
"..do they make you itch?"
Without freewill a gift becomes a tribute.
With your mind on Mohammed and Mohammed on your mind?
You don’t know what you’re dealing with. Head for the nearest church you can find and get help. NOW!
Werewolves and silver.
And as a result of your picture I sense a mystical connection between Jeannies and wood.
Zero comments. Now that’s disappointing.
Of course atheists bash Christians for believing in an “invisible sky god” but will fall all over themselves to get in the good graces of Islamic People that believe Aladdin was a Disney Documentary....
He was one to some Muslims ...
Kind of like Organizing For America.
Robert Tilford, Wackadoodle Islamic Convert
Looks like something got to them first..
There are however such things as demons and angels
I Dream of Jinnie.
Very thoughtful article, so I hope this is helpful. The only thing I know about Djinn I learned from my Dad 40 years ago: Vodka is usually cheaper, finishes cleaner and is always a preferable substitute.
Only evil makes you bow down and worship it.
Only an evil creature will bring sentient, intelligent beings to life for the sole purpose of bowing down and worshipping him.
Yup. I’m with Ed.
God doesn’t MAKE me or REQUIRE me to bow to him, nor does Jesus .. and this is important..
... Nor do his followers. In Islam, it is a requirement. In Judeo-christian societies I’m not required to.
I think I get ya...thanks for the responses..
He played a Klingon on the original Star Trek series, too. The one with the energy force that fed on fear.
Sounds like something my kids would have made up as an excuse. “It wasn’t me, it was the jinn!”
Wrong! There are numerous examples of humans mightily fearing angels and angels doing great harm.
Numbers 22:31 Then the Lord opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way with his drawn sword in his hand; and he bowed all the way to the ground. 32 The angel of the Lord said to him, Why have you struck your donkey these three times? Behold, I have come out as an adversary, because your way was contrary to me. 33 But the donkey saw me and turned aside from me these three times. If she had not turned aside from me, I would surely have killed you just now, and let her live.
he was married to Barbara Eden... lucky guy
Once again the koran proves to be nothing but a comic book for retards.
‘THE BRASS BOTTLE with Burl Ives and Tony Randall.’
Lots of fun, and a genuine Big Fave.
Could be an empty threat.
Milk and gin also go together well.
