Well I would surmise that parental craziness as most parents that enroll their girls in beauty pageants have a screw loose to begin with, there is no telling the trauma the child went through with that whole honey boo boo / jon benet ramsey crap...

Never will be. The one with the Y chromosone will always have that chromosone. No mutilation will change that fact. And the one without the Y chromosone will never have that chromosone.
So sad. These people will not find their happiness this way and will never be normal. Always wanting to be something they are not.
That is spot on ccreek. I have the lowest opinion of mental health supposed professionals that encourage this very destructive behavior.

Obviously untrue or they wouldn't have undergone these procedures to begin with.
The picture is a gross distortion of life, made possible by sick surgeons. I think I’m going to vomit, thinking about how demented the parents are. They have effectively destroyed two kids by encouraging their abnormal mental disorders to the point where they have allowed surgeons to mutilate them.
Hideous. The sorry excuses for parents should be f9cking ashamed, and I won’t go further than that for fear of getting in trouble.
