there's celiac disease and ther's 'leaky gut" = gluten intolerance, that has the same symptoms and is debilitating. I could cite you case studies from just my family alone.
There are millions who suffer from leaky gut and go undiagnosed by most doctors.
A naturopathic doctor is likely to diagnose.
I could also suggest you do some real research before you decide you know it all - but I wouldn't want the facts to confuse you.
