you can pull the 2 eggs over medium, fried in a small dab of lard, from my cold dead fingers.
but you won’t be able to wipe that yummy look off of my face.

Eggs are a great, nutritious food, extremely versatile. Case closed.
I think I’ll have 2 eggs, 3 links of real pork sausage and buttered english muffin for breakfast tomorrow morning and wash it down with fresh OJ and a cup of hot tea. Hope it doesn’t hurt my 191 cholesterol...oh wait, it hasn’t.

My brother is pathologically disgusted by egg yokes. Which is why, whenever I eat breakfast with him, I always order mine sunny side up and pop the yoke into my mouth in one go. (and if I’m of the mood let a little bit trickle out of the sides of my mouth)
Other than that I’m a excellent brother.

Bacon and eggs. What would life be without them?

The egg yolk is not an actual chicken embryo. Chickens lay dozens of eggs all the time and a large percentage of them don't become fertilized.
So eat up, and make sure it's runny so I can dip my toast and bacon in.

My cholesterol is better than yours, 202 vs your 191...I only worry if mine goes to low. 250 is a hell of a lot more healthy than 150. Too low, you die.

As a kid I liked fresh egg yolks and pinch of salt on the top. Back then salmonella wasn’t an issue.

I just learned today a 5th grade student of mine is scared of jello. She freaks out if she gets near it.

I eat egg whites and feed the yolks to the dog. I hear it’s good for their coat.

When I was a kid we visited cousins in Sweden. They served us eggs. We asked for salt. They looked at us like we were crazy people.

One egg yolk is good for you,
Ten egg yolks are bad for you.
Why is this so complicated?
