The FED is stuck. Just talk of a small taper and the yield on the 10yr rose, hurting the housing “recovery”.
I am thinking of sending mine to a fixed rate account until after the Budget Battle/Nero care implementation takes place in Oct./Nov.

My other thought was cash out, purchase silver bullion and wait for STHF.
