The Chesney concert was a new low. People showed up in the morning for an 8 pm concert. Police asked the lots to open way earlier than the usual 5 hour limit.
So rednecks burned in the sun for 8-10 hours, got drunk and rowdy and left mountains of garbage. Including human waste.
