Isn't Penn Ave too crowded to go 80 MPH? and if this footage was at The Capitol, then was she hit by the gunfire there and she later pulled over and died?
My impression from reports was that she was shot and killed at The Capitol, but this shows her clearly leaving. Where did she go next if she had already been to the WH?
I heard there was a baby in the car with her. Imagine if they had killed the baby.

If there was a dog in the car, it would have been a goner. Looks like all the boys got to put on their tacticool gear and play soldier for a while. We were freer back in the days when the LEO’s looked like bus drivers and holstered a six shot revolver. I say no more buzz cuts and bald heads, no more combat boots, no more BDU’s, no more steroids, no more APCs. Their job is to enforce the law, not to be an occupying army. If we do not reverse this trend, the citizenry will become the zombies in the LEO’s real life Call of Duty game.

Everybody is side stepping it...but shoot an unarmed mother with her child in the car? That really is an answer in search of a question. Watching the second police car run around the circle almost being hit by the woman who had already gone around it, but the second cop cars goes around anyway? Kind of Keystone cops if you ask me. (Ok, don’t ask me then).

Very bad blocking and tackling by the police. If she had supposedly hit another officer then she made a big mistake but the response downstream was overkill in retrospect. They had good eyes on the inside of the car and somebody should have seen the child and broadcast that on the radio. She could not hit any barrier very hard because no airbags deployed. Too bad they didn’t.
Looks like someone with head problems that pulled on a tigers tail and got bit.
So, no one thought to shoot out her tires?

I once knew a Sheriff that had gotten the nickname "Deadeye" from trying to shoot out someone's tires. Put a round through the perp's rear window. Scared him so much that he stopped, so I guess it could count as working.
The cops initially surrounded the car and were right next to it, so they had to have seen the baby. It doesn’t appear that they really cared if the child, or other bystanders in the area, were hit when they started blasting away.
Post partum depression is rare and doesn't make you go bonkers...but it makes good press.
