There is a profound difference between a national expense, and a national revenue. I assume that concessionaires are not required to pay their lease when the concession is suspended out of megalomaniacal pique. Which means that Obama is literally wasting national revenue for no valid reason other than childish insanity. If this isn't an impeachable offense, I don't know what is!
Is there a government watchdog savvy enough to compile the total National revenues he's burning in an arbitrary and capricious insane hissy fit? It must be, at the very least, tens of millions$ per month.

And yes, the National Highway system is both owned maintained and operated by the Federal government, so, rationally, it should be totally shut down to satisfy the Kenyan fake president's immaturity!
