A Montana woman accused of killing her husband of eight days by pushing him off a cliff in a national park pleaded not guilty on Friday to first-degree murder and other charges in a federal grand jury indictment handed down one day earlier.
Jordan Graham, 22, was charged in September with second-degree murder in the July 7 death of her husband, 25-year-old Cody Johnson of Kalispell, Montana.
But a federal grand jury on Thursday found sufficient evidence to also charge her with first-degree murder, a charge that alleges premeditation and carries a life prison sentence.

Sources say the woman was upset at the toilet seat being left up all the time.

Pre-partum depression? “Juries” will buy anything these days. Especially if it sounds scientific.
I thought she already admitted guilt?
Maybe he jumped ...
A real tragedy — had their tiff only occurred during the government shutdown, they would never have been in the park & the whole sad sequence of events would not have happened ...
Hmmm, something's up. Given the way a federal judge has been so lenient with her so far, I thought the fix was in early.
(That's not to say other machinations won't be put into during the trial, or sentencing, if need be.)
Look who’s got cold feet now.
If you married a bitch who’d push you off a cliff, you might as well jump yourself!
More proof we need tighter gun control and 0bamacare.
When the groom sobered up and realized to whom he was married, he jumped. Case solved!
She looks fairly attractive in the still photo for the video here http://www.cnn.com/2013/10/04/justice/montana-husband-death/ but in the one you posted I thought it was Rodney Dangerfield at first.
Taking taking the plunge too seriously!
She’s a KuhRayZee suffering from Bitcheyetis...
Appropriate claim before the court.
