WEST HILLS (CBSLA.com) The Los Angeles Police Department is looking for the vandal, or vandals, who damaged cars Saturday evening in West Hills.
The suspects caused thousands of dollars in damage to the vehicles with pumpkins, said authorities.
There were two crime scenes within blocks of each other, police said.
The crimes occurred in the area of Woodlake Avenue and Victory Boulevard in West Hills.
Authorities said when owners came out of their homes Sunday morning, they discovered huge dents in their vehicles and broken pumpkins.
Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call the LAPDs Topanga Detectives at (818) 756-4820.

The best way for high school punks to do this is to lean out the window of a fast moving car and nail the targets as you whiz by. Bombs away! Extra points if you can take off a side view mirror.
Er ...uh...or so someone told me once.

West hills used to be a pretty nice area.
The gangs have completely taken over Canoga Park, which is nearby.
The politicians just won’t get after the criminals in LA, and it will lean to a complete breakdown there.
It would help if we got a description of the perps.
