Decided that I didn’t need color printing (Wal-Mart makes perfectly good photos from my files) and went with a Laser. One ream of paper pretty much pays for the printer and a cartridge lasts a few thousand pages. Got speed/reliability/savings all in one. You can buy a nice laser for under a hundred bucks and it it will come ready to print 1500-2500 pages depending on model/brand.
