But they sure aren’t out of the woods on this, I repeat USA at Panama, Mexico at Costa Rica. Seems it could go any way possible. And then, whomever advances I understand will play the Kiwis, New Zealand, champion of Oceania speaking of, Australia sure got walloped in a friendly versus France, something like 6-0 and sacked their manager. The Socceroos also lost real badly to Brazil not to long ago.

If Mexico brought in someone like Guus Hiddink, there’s no telling what they could do...but they keep insisting on home grown coaches.
It’s a shame Mexico won. A tie would have put Panama in the driver’s seat. It would have been great if El-Tri was sitting home next summer. Let’s hope Hondura’s takes care of business against the Reggae Boyz.

Mexico has more talent, but the US is the better team.
The US has nothing to play for, so I won’t be surprised if Panama wins that one. And I also think Costa Rica has second place wrapped up, as well, so I wonder how motivated they are going to be.
I saw yesterday, that Switzerland qualified for the WC. I thought, wow that’s pretty good of them...until I saw who they had in their group:

Norway
Albania
Cyprus

I certainly wasn’t for Mexico either, I knew that game would be a spectacle. Honestly, Mexico should consider themselves fortunate, played well in the 1st half but to me, it didn’t seem they were that driving in the 2nd half and was par for the course, the goal is all talent but nonetheless, a bit fortunate.
At home, I’m sure Costa Rica will put out a game effort. So it’s really pick them. I’d think our USA team would be Panama to begin with because Panama are not nearly as good as Costa Rica. Panama’s record really isn’t that good but they are improving.
The group looks easy but on the other hand, Iceland might get into the playoffs, they’ve tried for a long time. We only drew Slovenia in 2010 though those games had officiating against us, USA. Albania could end up getting Januzaj, Norway has been to World Cups but on paper, yes, that looks a bit weak indeed.

I don’t see how Januzaj would pick Albania over Belgium, which is a real threat to win it all in Brazil, IMHO.
It just seems ridiculous considering that France and Spain are in the same group.

The Croatians are talking to him also. They are often a good team.
He must be making his decision so according to different sources, he has already rejected a call up to the Belgian National Team. BUT that may be that he simply doesn’t feel ready for it yet or has NOT made a decision. I know what you are saying.
Lots of stories on this, it may not even pan out any time soon.
In other words, the situation seems fluid and we don’t always know what stories are correct but yes, Belgium has a very promising future.
