The rights of a transgendered Colorado high school student are being put ahead of girls the boy harasses in the girls bathroom.
A male student at Florence (CO) High School who claims to be transgendered has caused controversy by harassing female students in the girls room, but will not face any discipline – this despite vocal protests from the girls’ parents.
‘The boy’s rights as a transgender trump their daughters’ privacy rights,’ the school has told concerned parents, according to CBN.
Unidentified because all involved are minors, the students are being threatened with removal from sports teams or even hate crime charges if they continue to voice concerns, said the site.
The school even suggested the girls give up some or most of their restrooms in order to accommodate their transgendered classmate.
The response outraged parents and the Pacific Justice Institute, a civil rights group who wrote a letter to the school the demanding an explanation.

Every father of a daughter in that school should beat the snot out of either that so called boy or his dad. Or both maybe I’m not sure.

Well since this is in Colorado they may have a chance, here in the pervert state of California they have made this crap a legal right to any pervert that says their gender confused. But I still say yank every female student out of the school and let them choke on the reduced funding.

A student, born a boy, but now wants girl parts wants the “Right” to go into a girls bathroom to do what exactly, snoop on the other girls..if I had a student at that school I would remove him or her immediately..I wouldnt want my kid around freaks like that..”transgender” is not even a real word, its liberals who raise their kids to think they are not the sex they were born with so they can promote their agenda, its sickening what these parents do to these kids
It is high time parents everywhere to organize, one school at a time, and refuse to send their kids back to a school that has been taken over by such idiocy until the school rescinds all of this nonsense. The level of political insanity has to be rolled back now. Parents have power, if they choose to organize and use it.

I’ve been a woman all my life so I can pretty much tell you guys what goes on in a women’s bathroom. Women usually just talk, put on make-up examine their clothing and once in a while actually use the toilet. It’s safe to say that women do not pull out their penis and show it to other women. Now these so-called trans-what-the-hell-evers kinda need to know that if they think they are a woman, want to be a woman et cetera then yea put your penis away, and you might want to get rid of it.

The solution’s simple. Our children must be protected, period.
Meanwhile, this kid, and all other “sexually special” people, should get a key to the faculty restroom and be instructed to use that and only that restroom. Since the faculty tolerate this, they need to deal with the consequences. The kids’ lives should remain unchanged.

PJI is a great group worthy of support. We used them twice in Petaluma to slam the High school on sex education and again when libs tried to shoot down an education building (On plans, and previously approved) we were planning on adding to our (Southern Baptist) Church campus. Brad Dacus dropped the hammer on the city council and the high school. We won both cases. That first amendment thingy.
