Mark Kelly (Husband of Gabby Giffords) Commits a Felony at New York Gun Show
The Truth About Guns ^ | Oct 14, 2013 | Robert Farago

“Mark ‘I wasn’t really buying that AR-15‘ Kelly is committing a felony right in front of New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. It’s against New York State (NYS) law for someone to be in possession (i.e. holding) a handgun without a valid NYS Pistol license. Mark Kelly can’t have a NYS pistol license because he’s not a legal resident of New York.” An Empire State firearms attorney told TTAG that there’s an exception for firearms training but, as far as he can tell, not gun shows. Unless we hear otherwise, under Article 265 of New York State penal law, Mr. Kelly’s committing a Class E felony. But wait! There’s more! Well, there would have been if Kelly hadn’t been pressed for time. “Kelly bought a book on Colt revolvers,” washingtontimes.com reports, “and said later he probably would have bought a gun if he had had more time.”

You can not believe anything this government or their media has ever told you.

Can you prove it happened?

Do you accept the fact that 18 people were shot by Loughner?

Are you just saying that only the Giffords shooting was faked?

How do you rationalize that Obama and his entire administration has been truthful to you about this event? Are they always truthful with you? How would they decide what to be honest about and what to lie about?

Why do you believe the Media? Where do you draw the line about what news they create and manipulate and when they are 100% honest and pure?

It is all kabuki theater. None of it is real.

This wasn’t some plane that fell out of the sky.
It was a shooting of 19 people in a supermarket parking lot in the middle of a major American city.

I’d love to hear your analysis of the Boston Marathon explosion.
Was that a video game?

a rocket scientist. Genius.

You got it! One can't believe the media when they report the weather outside their studios. Just insult anyone who does not believe YOU with the highly original epithets "rocket scientist" and "Genius". Thank you for contributing to the reputation of Free Republic as the place where the lunatics gather.

It doesn't surprise me that intelligent people can be drawn to liberalism. In fact, I think it's almost tailor made to draw intelligent people in. It lets them be the smartest person in the room and make all the decisions for everyone else, then get heaped with praise for their smarts and compassion. What could be more attractive?

It takes three things for intelligent people to resist the attraction of liberalism: humility, an appreciation for the destructive power of unintended consequences, and a tragic understanding of life and this world. Unfortunately these things don't bequeath themselves to people automatically. They have to be taught or instilled from one generation to the next.

The RIGHT way for a liberal to handle a revolver: Hold it upside down with your thumb over the muzzle.

I was talking to a fellow YouTube guy named FirearmPop who was at that gun show. I asked him about this and he said that the pistol Kelly handled was an antique, and legal for Kelly to handle.

I don’t know about this, though. Any updates?
