Saudi Cleric: Driving Causes Damage to Women's Ovaries
MEMRI TV ^ | 9-29-13 | Rotana Khalijiya TV (Saudi Arabia)

Following are excerpts from a TV show with Saudi cleric Saleh Bin Saad Al-Lohaidan, which aired on Rotana Khalijiya TV on September 29, 2013.

Saleh Bin Saad Al-Lohaidan: Women are physiologically weaker than men. It is well known that their pelvis is wider than the pelvis of men, in order to provide space for the fetus.

When a woman drives a car, her mind is preoccupied, and when she sits for a long time, her pelvis bounces, and this bouncing places pressure on the ovaries.

Therefore, in Europe, and especially in South America – Argentina, Brazil, and Peru – there are laws restricting women from driving when they are over 35 years of age.

Therefore, in America, France, and Europe, women have only two or three children not because of family planning, but because of functional disorder of their ovaries. That is the conclusion I have reached.

and this bouncing places pressure on the ovaries.

I would think all that bouncing would have a more immediate pressure effect on the testicles .

I haven’t noticed this effect on my own ovaries. Would that it were so.

Women riding horses would be just as bad and would not do men any good. I always wondered where Liberals came from.

Oh, stoning is perfectly a-ok when it comes to a woman’s ovaries, a saudi cleric told me so...

My ovaries don’t bounce because I use a seat belt.

If a woman’s mind is preoccupied when she drives, is a man’s mind blank when he drives? Speaking of minds, and considering it’s location, wouldn’t testicles overheat and fry those itty bitty sperm?

This saudi cleric has ovaries confused with buttocks.

The phenomenon finally explained.

I have learned through experience to give any Buick or any vehicle piloted by a woman a very wide berth.

You are exactly correct. Perhaps this is why muslims are so backward...their brains are in their testicles and they’re being damaged by bouncing around on car seats! Is this what they mean when they talk about the shiite hitting the man?

I am the youngest of seven. My mother drove, of course. Wonder how many kids she would have had if she had not been causing her ovaries to bounce?

her pelvis bounces, and this bouncing places pressure on the ovaries.

And what effect does riding camels have on testicles?

This guy and his opinion are just dumb. He’s probably embarrassed by what he said, but it’s too late to take it back. Unfortunately, the Western press is eager to print any idiotically comic idea that comes from a Muslim cleric.

Makes them seem more human, somehow, doesn’t it? But dumb as a brick nevertheless...I mean the Muslim clerics, not the media, silly!
