While she might not look it, Maria Kang has three children between the ages of 1 and 4.
Though proud of her physique, this self-proclaimed “no-excuse mom” is being accused of “fat-shaming” after she posted a photo on Facebook showing her toned body with her three boys and asking, “What’s your excuse?”

The photo was posted last year with Kang asking people to share her message, but some didn’t take too kindly to it.
It rubbed some the wrong way, so much so that Kang issued an apology of sorts in late September, which has been shared more than 14,500 times. She admitted to Yahoo! Shine it’s actually more of a “non-apology.”
“Some saying I’m a bully, I’m fat-shaming and I need to apologize for the hurt I’ve caused women,” Kang wrote in a post.

MOM is positively young, obviously watching her diet, and exercises. It takes time effort and strong motivation. In truth the young and healthy do respond faster. God creates us to be healthy and gives us energy to keep in shape. This Mom is beautiful.

I didn’t see the part that said it was an ad. However, I was including all the people who felt they had to blither about being personally offended. If people had real friends in real life, they wouldn’t have time to be so silly.

I think they hate the fact she has three wonderful children, a husband and a happy family as much as they hate the fact she is not fat.
