It is almost that time of year again.
X-Bar Ranch, Eldorado, TX.
Palo Duro Canyon SP to Caprock Canyons SP to San Angelo SP and ending up at Stan's place in Schleicher County, Texas.
I don't care if it is cold, I just hope the sky is as awesome as when I was there in 2011 and listened to my Texas Rangers lose the World Series. They were one pitch away two innings in a row. Don't have to worry about that this year ;)
Another good place for sky watching is in the upper peninsula of Michigan. A secluded Lake Superior beach with nobody around for miles.
Sounds pretty cool.
