Remember from the bible, they must have ears to hear and that many people could not understand what was being said and thought it was thunder rumbling or some other type of disturbance when it was not. I think she was deeply upset about the hypocrisy she was witnessing and was compelled to speak out and call it for what it is. Politicians don’t seem to have core principles anymore.

my SIL has often said that she thinks that people are being blinded and do not have ears to hear and that is what is going on now. there is no other rational explanation for it. God knew she would have a wide audience with that sort of statement, even apart from those in the chamber.
