Team with the best pitching does not always win. Detroit’s loss to Sox proves it. Cards are a much better team all around than Sox, and should win it, but once again, the best team does not win it sometimes. Cards are also the best franchise in professional sports.
Victorino(?) has me a little spooked after tonight. Thats some good clutch hittin.

Congrats. But if the Sox faced the normal tigers (ie Cabrera not disabled) it would have been tigers in four. Too bad the best two teams in baseball did not really get to play. Tiger starters remind me of 1960s era orioles palmer, etc.
The Sox shoulda never traded The Babe.

Actually the tigers would not even have made the playoffs if Cabrera was hobbled like this all year.
