Forget the burger and fries clogging your arteries. The "Big Catch" fish platter at Long John Silver's is being called the "Worst Restaurant Meal in America." The Center for Science in the Public Interest, a consumer advocacy group, says the dish has more than 1300 calories, 33 grams of trans fats and 3700 milligrams of sodium.

I buy those same frozen fish filets at Walmart and cook them in the oven. Much fewer calories and less fat, and less mess, too. I also bake the fries.
Stopped reading right there. They're a bunch of vegans pretending to be a paragons of public health, kind of like the AARP is for the all retired, and NAACP is for all blacks.
I can’t eat their food. Horrible stuff.
I’ve got to try that.
Which probably means it tastes awesome
too bad its owned by a leftwing company
CSPI is a leftwing group started by Ralph Nader
just so you know.
There is no “science” involved, just leftists
I find their fries to be terrible, but I do like their fish especially with malt vinegar. The chicken planks have also always been a favorite.
I like the chicken more than the fish but I have trouble telling them apart
“Eat your peas.” - President Barack Hussein Obama
"Ah yes, I had the lasagna."

His teacher’s probably a Democrat, anyway, and will eat up the reference to Michelle Obama’s exercise drive and “leaders such as Mayor Bloomberg.”
Maybe once or twice during Lent I’ll swing by and get something but its pretty bad.
It really is nasty.
The best part are the little bits of fried stuff in the bottom and the hush puppies. Cole slaw is okay.
Who asked them?
