Meet Boomer, the dog trapped in a human body: Unemployed IT technician, 47, roams Pittsburgh dressed as a canine and barking at passing cars
Like many other dogs, Boomer loves nothing more than roaming his neighborhood, barking at passing cars and fellow canines before returning home for a bowl of biscuits and a nap in his kennel.

Hire him to fix the 0bamacare website!
I think obama hired this dude to make the obamacare website..
Looks like he went to the Furry Convention and decided never to come home.
Gee. I can’t imagine why nobody’s hired him.
That’s a man?
"I'm a Mog: half man, half dog. I'm my own best friend!"
So a guy who looks like a girl likes to dress and live like a dog. Ok, so when are libs going to start screaming for guy/girl/dog rights?
Let me guess....Living on government disability?
And, just who picks up the doodie and bags it for him/her?
Once upon a time people like this would get beat up until they started acting normal.
I work in IT. I see companies hiring guys we call “Petes” basically a warm body with a pulse who can plug in a desktop and power it on..
I guess even those companies have to draw the line at this guy.
He and the undergroundpanther from DUmmie land should meet up. Of course that sort of meet up might stop traffic as they try to see who is craziest.
Unemployment does strange things to some people...He should be barking at the White House!
Was he the guy that designed the obamacare website?
“A dog trapped in a human body.” He’s not transgendered, he’s trans-specied. Has he been checked for rabies?
