Actually, if you want your dog to barf up the tick, make the dog swallow about one or two teaspoons (start with one) of hydrogen peroxide. Depends on the size of the dog. My 50 pound English Springer Spaniel is a 2teaspoon dog.

The Hydrogen Peroxide acts almost immediately so do it outside.

Then the dog will be fine.

Hope this helps.

Since this morning, my dog has been strutting about the house with a satisfied/smug look on her face. I’m thinking that the dog knew exactly what fate was in store for that tick. I hope that the tick is now suffering badly. I hate ticks and all parasites for that matter.

This is what happens when you go to New Jersey.

The tick has already travelled through his digestive system and is lawn fertilizer. Speaking of lawn fertilizer, mow those leaves and save yourself the cost of Scott’s Turf Builder, aching muscles and time.

I lost the car keys once. Went back into the grocery store but the manager and I couldn’t find them in there. The manager helped me look all in the car and around the parking lot. Hubby came with the spare set and he couldn’t find them in the store or the car, either. Had to order another set from the dealer after they looked all over the car without success. Had to make new keys for everything else on the ring. A month later, there sat the keys, pretty as you please, right there on the backseat.

Am I not supposed to laugh? I see no one else is.
I cracked up reading of you trials.

P.S. Your dog will be fine as long as he’s on heartworm meds.

Report your next-door neighbor for running a meth lab. When the cops arrive, let your dog outside into your own yard. Problem solved.

keep your dog away from all police officers.
That alone may be the most deadly possibility.

You need to give him about a gram less dog food tonight, since he’s already eaten. Don’t want him to get fat.

Too late now.

You should have intervened when he was at the stage of picking his nose and eating his buggars.

Finally, we decide we have to force our way into the car by bending and then busting out a window.

Finally around 5:30, they have my car fixed. New battery, oil change, tires rotated and a new key fob ($150) and programming ($75). Total bill around $600. I now have to pay another $75 when I get home to have my spare key fob reprogrammed.

Who payed for the broken window?

The way things were going I thought you'd find the lost key fob in the cup holder with the spare change...

Regards,
GtG

It's leaf raking time and I always say to myself - why bother? I had them all raked up last weekend and my lawn looked all nice and neat. This weekend, it's like I never raked at all. I know I should go out there and rake them as all my neighbors have done, but to me, it seems such an exercise in futility.

I hold out every year for the wind to blow them away. Wind normally blows pretty good from west to east and there isn't anyone east of me. I like the idea of mowing them too. I am waiting for a nasty gram from the town because my cottonwoods are shedding all over the sidewalk. In fact, I think there are more leaves on the sidewalk than in my yard.
