Just look at those who pretend to be something else (actors),

If they really want the “best and the brightest” techie/science expert/obamacare supporter to fix the system; then why don’t the draft Al Gore to come in and rewrite the code. Gosh and the idiots that voted for you assumed you were presidential and vice-presidential...they assumed that you were up and ready to represent the whole United States of America, not just the takers, the homosexuals, the blame America firsters, and the illegals...but you know what they say about assuming.
Good managers and experienced people don't assume. They probe and sense when things are not quite right. I've worked for people who were very weak on technical skills but they knew they what they didn't know and asked lots of questions before making decisions.
Obama, Biden and Sebelius are not managers. They are rank politicians who are only concerned with optics, power, and polling.
