The war on drugs is an absolute failure...where is the exit strategy!
Make it legal and then tax it. It is a ballot issue here in Colorado.
The bueacrats whine about how bad vices are (smoking, alcohol, MJ) and then in the same breath time demand their cut of the take.
The “exit strategy” is obviously the colonscopy.
