JOHN Kerry has added credibility to a conspiracy theory that John F. Kennedy's assassin may not have worked alone.

The US Secretary of State has become one of the highest-ranking politicians to publicly doubt that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone conspirator in Kennedy's murder, admitting to a journalist that he was suspicious of the government

“I’ve had meatloaf with more intelligence than Kerry.” LOL. Jane Kerry just gave 75 million to the Palestinians, yea he’s got some credibility. /s
I saw Oswald’s DD-214 and he had the same mos I had: Avionics technician (communications, navigation, identifications). He worked on F-86’s if I remember. Squadron-wise thats near the top IQ wise for an enlisted man. I always thought he was CIA, that probably means more than one. As far as shooting goes, I saw a guy on film with a bolt action rifle kill a charging lion with three shots and the lion couldn’t have been much more than 50 yards away.

"This kind of makes sense…being it took place in Dallas…and Johnson was a real crook"

No it doesn't, because no matter what you think of LBJ, it's a fact that Oswald shot Kennedy. There is no link between LBJ and Oswald.

"Interesting and well presented theory that Secret Service Agent George Hickey accidentally fired the fatal shot:"

It's absurd nonsense that was utterly debunked long ago. It's just the irresponsible sensationalism of the media that causes this to be brought back up again.

"LBJ operative malcom Wallace whose prints were on the boxes used as a rifle rest killed jfk for Johnson. He also took care of other inconvenient people for LBJ"

Wallace's prints were not on the boxes. That was a false claim.

"He couldn't hit a stationary target from 100 feet in April..."

Walker got extremely lucky. He moved just as the shot was fired. The trajectory showed that had he not he would have been killed. It was a good shot.

A bald, unsubstantiated statement against a well present theory. I think your statement is the irresponsible one.

A good shooter could do the hit, but the autopsy pics show a massive right rear head exit wound that only could have come from a left front shot entrance. Forget the grassy knoll BS. It was a multiple location hit.

Kerry is a total idiot.

I find it interesting that conspiracy theories still exist about this event.

Think back to the ‘60s. The security was non existent (hey, the prez is riding around in an open convertible). It wouldn't have been hard to pull this assassination off.

LHO was a kook. We have so many kooks in our world today but don't look for conspiracy theories. Why could this not just have been a random act of lunacy on LHO’s part?

It’s the nose-witnesses, the “smoking gun” “mortal error” theory makes about as much sense as any including Single Bullet.

“Motorcycle escort officer Billy J. Martin, riding one-half car length from the left rear fender of the Presidential limousine, recalled, “You could smell the gunpowder... you knew he wasn’t far away. When you’re that close, you can smell the powder burning. Why you—you’ve got to be pretty close to them... you could smell the gunpowder... right there in the street.”63 (Figure 3-7) “Nose” witnesses Sen. Ralph Yarborough rode in the second car behind the limousine. He smelled gunpowder in the street64 and said it clung to the car throughout the race to Parkland Hospital.65 He later commented, “. . . you don’t smell gunpowder unless you’re shooting at something up wind and it blows it back in your face...”65-a As noted, the motorcade headed into a breeze—photographs show bystanders’ skirts billowing in the wind. At Parkland Hospital Yarborough told reporters “the third shot may have been a Secret Service man returning fire”.65-b Two cars behind Yarborough was the Cabell car. Elizabeth Cabell said she “. . . was acutely aware of the odor of gunpowder.”66 She added Congressman Ray Roberts, seated next to her, had mentioned it also.67 According to press photographer Tom C. Dillard, two cars behind the Cabell car, he “. . . very definitely smelled gunpowder when the cars moved up to the corner [of Elm and Houston Streets].”68 Bystander Virgie Rackley stood in front of the depository building close to the street. “She recalled that after the second shot, she smelled gunsmoke...”69 At the time of the shots, patrolman Joe M. Smith moved from the intersection of Elm and Houston Streets toward the triple underpass.70 Patrolman Earle V. Brown, stationed 100 yards west of the underpass, heard the shots and then smelled gunpowder as the car sped beneath him.71 A police officer who was on the sixth floor of the depository shortly after the shooting failed to smell any gunpowder there.72 One newspaper summed it up: “. . . seconds later the cavalcade was gone. The area still reeked with the smell of gunpowder.”73 Shots from the sixth floor of the depository building would have caused no gunpowder smell in the street.” - Book “Murder from Within”

Found this quote, I don’t go along with the premise of this book but these seem to be close to some of the same quotes used in the special “Smoking Gun.”

Here is an excerpt from the 1979 House Select Committee report on JFK assassination which (I believe) is sort of the last official view. Interesting findngs.

I. Findings of the Select Committee on Assassinations in the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Tex., November 22, 1963

Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots at President John F. Kennedy. The second and third shots he fired struck the President. The third shot he fired killed the President.
President Kennedy was struck by two rifle shots fired from behind him. The shots that struck President Kennedy from behind him were fired from the sixth floor window of the southeast corner of the Texas School Book Depository building.

Lee Harvey Oswald owned the rifle that was used to fire the shots from the sixth floor window of the southeast comer of the Texas School Book Depository building. Lee Harvey Oswald, shortly before the assassination, had access to and was present on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository building. Lee Harvey Oswald’s other actions tend to support the conclusion that he assassinated President Kennedy.

Scientific acoustical evidence establishes a high probability that two gunmen fired at President John F. Kennedy. Other scientific evidence does not preclude the possibility of two gunmen firing at the President. Scientific evidence negates some specific conspiracy allegations.

The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. The committee is unable to identify the other gunman or the extent of the conspiracy.

The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that the Soviet Government was not involved in the assassination of President Kennedy.

The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that the Cuban Government was not involved in the assassination of President Kennedy.

The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that anti-Castro Cuban groups, as groups, were not involved in the assassination of President Kennedy, but that the available evidence does not preclude the possibility that individual members may have been involved.

The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that the national syndicate of organized crime, as a group, was not involved in the assassination of President Kennedy, but that the available evidence does not preclude the possibility that individual members may have been involved.

The Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Central Intelligence Agency were not involved in the assassination of President Kennedy.

Texan here. I have never heard my dad utter the three letters “L.B.J” without the accompanying “SOB” or “bastard” immediately before or after. Ever.

Maybe, the thing is though is if LBJ is implicated, his backers according to some would then be oilmen, namely HL Hunt. Not positive if I’d want to go down that avenue. If not oil, then that LBJ acquiesced to the Military or other Federal Government.
