WASHINGTON The chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Middle East and North Africa said if the White House doesnt address the growing scourge of al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorists flourishing in North Africa, America will soon see its interests coming under attack from the likes of Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram and Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.
Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.), also past chairwoman of the full committee, said the shortsighted policy stems from President Obamas false narrative that al-Qaeda is decimated and on the run.

Uh, I seem to remember “us” supporting the mujahadeen (sp) back in the 80’s when the russkies were in town. Hmmm. We supplied them with shoulder fired rockets that were later used against “us”. So, sounds like arming up the Syrian “rebels” is a really great idea. Period. Uh, maybe not.
You are correct. Alfa Kayda was started by the CIA to fight the Ruskies when they invaded Afghanistan in December of 1979.
And they are being once again used by the CIA to try and overthrow Syria. I’m sure they were used in the other Arab Spring uprisings, also.
You have to remember that Fedzilla is also best buds with the Islamo-Nazi organization Muslim Brotherhood who has also been used in the Arab Spring ops.
