Got a conspiracy question for y'all tuh consider.
Where would the ROBERTS Court side on an election of one Barak H. OBama on a write-in effort that prevails?(recall that according to Roberts, SCOTUS is not convened to protect the electorate from their election consequences)
Obamugabe would not need to have any campaign effort. He would only need to have local minions petition and place him on the ballot and then defend such --AFTER-- the election.
These folks have already defied Article II of the Constitution; Article XXII is another speed-bump.
I am looking at the 2016 election of BHO to POTUS and...then, what...3 years of SCOTUS wrangling.
SCOTUS would not be needed to resolve that question....if you know what I mean.

Obama knows better than to try to emulate Manuel Zelaya.
If nobody’s voting rights where impeded during the matter, then it won’t even go before SCOTUS. It would be stopped at the State level when the Electorate is picked is my guess. Failing that, the election simply wouldn’t be certified and the house and Senate would then get to pick the VP and P.
