Kate Pierson, of the B-52’s runs a bed and breakfast near the artsy-fartsy hippy-dippy towns of Hurley and Woodstock, NY. A one time PETA mouthpiece one of the major suppliers to her B&B is an, organic chicken and cattle ranch. Hey it goes against the principles she was touting, but a gal’s gotta make a living somehow. Besides at least the animals are slaughtered in an eco-friendly manner.
